GSTBlog.in (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent, identified below.
1. Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content hosted on GSTBlog.in (https://gstblog.in) infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a written notification including the following information:
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed or access to which needs to be disabled. You must include the specific URL(s) or a sufficiently detailed description of where the material is located on our site.
- Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright infringement claim, and you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:
- Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside of India, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
- Statement of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Contact Information and Signature: Your name, address, telephone number, and your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
GSTBlog.in takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the site or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
4. Important Legal Note
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
